Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Gift cards

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if applicable, photos.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each case individually.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where:

  • The order was incorrect

  • The quality did not meet reasonable expectations

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Order Cancellations

Due to the preparation required for our meals:

  • Orders may be canceled or modified at least 24 hours in advance for regular orders

  • Orders over $200 require at least 5 days’ notice for cancellation

Cancellations made after these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund.
