Rest and Recharge Tips

If you work weekdays, then Friday afternoon brings relief. It is a time to rest and recharge for  another week and there are many ways to do that. We like this article by Cirino who says that “Instead of sitting down to recharge, try getting up and moving around. Walking or biking — even just for 20 minutes — can leave you feeling energized for hours.” (Cirino, 2018). Yes, these quick reminders include watching what we eat and exercise. For food, try beans.
