Diet, exercise, and sleep. How important are these to you?

We are sharing some expert opinions here for you to digest. “Let food be thy medicine” (Young, 2021). In this article, Young states that poor diet is the top driver of noncommunicable diseases worldwide, killing at least 11 million people every year. (Young, 2021).  This is a huge number that we at Anna’s Soul Food Kitchen believe is worthy of sharing and reflection.
